Designed for High Service Availability

High service availability and scalable communications are core elements of the Jasper Wireless network architecture. To ensure network reliability, traffic is routed from our operator partner’s radio access layer through redundant private circuits to one of our Jasper Wireless data centers. These data centers are fully redundant and hosted in geographically dispersed facilities. Data traffic exits the Jasper Wireless data center either through fully redundant ISP circuits to the Internet or through fully redundant VPN tunnels directly to your data center.

Enterprise-Grade Security Controls

Our global network also provides robust security controls from end-to-end. Over-the-air traffic is encrypted with GSM standard encryption protocols and private circuits backhaul transmissions to the Jasper Wireless data centers. An optional VPN service provides the final mile of security for your M2M applications. Additionally, we can provide customers with a dedicated access point name (APN) to ensure their traffic is never commingled with anyone else’s.

Constant Monitoring 24x7x365

All components of the Jasper Wireless network are constantly monitored to ensure their reliability. Centralized alerts notify our technicians when they detect anomalies in carrier circuits, ISP connections or network infrastructure components, or any other deviations from expected communications performance. Jasper Wireless has also installed remote cellular probes in each country in our network to constantly monitor radio access performance.
