Fixed IP

With Fixed IP, your remote devices can communicate using dedicated IP addresses that never change. Fixed IP addresses create a secure end-to-end handshake between the device and the server, enhancing network security and reducing the risk of spam and denial of service attacks.

Virtual Private Network (VPN)

Our VPN solution uses industry-standard IPSEC tunneling to provide connectivity between data centers. Jasper Wireless offers two VPN options:

• VPN Enterprise is our most advanced option, with a site-to-site hardware-based design. It was designed for companies with mission-critical applications where there is no tolerance for downtime.

•VPN Professional is a software-based solution ideal for organizations that require the benefits of secure VPN tunneling without the implementation of a hardware solution.


Short Message Service (SMS)

Jasper Wireless supports SMS that comes from your device (mobile-originated), as well as SMS that goes to your device (mobile-terminated). This flexibility enables you to use SMS for data collection, “wake-up calls” and other device-management applications. Jasper Wireless provides several means of integrating SMS into your business processes, including SMPP Bind, SMTP, and Jasper Wireless Control Center APIs.

Emergency Voice

Although our global network is specifically designed for M2M data communications, Jasper Wireless also supports emergency voice service, which is ideal for security and remote monitoring applications. You can embed voice into your M2M applications using flexible pricing models that allow you to maintain low-minute plans, pooled across all of your devices around the world.
